Participation is subject to availability, safety rules, staff instructions and any activity-specific requirements.

  • Guests participate in activities, Waterpark use, game drives, outdoor experiences and estate facilities at their own risk, subject to applicable law.
  • Guests are responsible for following safety instructions, signage, staff directions and activity rules.
  • Guests may be held responsible for damage, breakage, loss or excessive cleaning caused by themselves, their children, invitees or booking party.
  • Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings, valuables, vehicles and property while on the estate.
  • Guests are responsible for ensuring that they are medically fit to participate in any activity.
  • Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
