The conference facilities at Sundown Country Estate are multi-functional, catering not only conferences but also gala dinners, cocktail functions, as well as a dance floor. Standard equipment includes, data projector, screen, and flipcharts with pens, extensions, roving microphones, lapel microphones, DVD sound system, overhead projectors, stage as well as notepads and pens.

Our rates are competitive and available on request with a number of package options available. These can include dinner, bed & breakfast, tea & coffee breaks, lunch and bottled water – or if there are specific requirements, let us know and we will put together a true tailor-made package for you.

A wide variety of activities / team building options are available, with the likes of game drives, drumming, archery, quad biking and mountain biking. A comprehensive list of the activities on offer are available on request.
